WEIRD BLAME "DON'T BLAME THE BOOKSTORE" CONTEST RULES 2008

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

Eligibility

Entrants must be enrolled in a post-secondary institution in Canada (each an "Institution") at the time of the submission of their ballot to be eligible for the grand prize. Institution Specific Prizes (as defined below) are available for entrants enrolled in one of the following Canadian Institutions: University of Calgary, Brock University, Queen's University at Kingston, York University, University of Western Ontario, Concordia University, University of Toronto, McMaster University, Ryerson University, University of Waterloo, Mount Royal College, Vancouver Island University, Grant MacEwen College, University of Alberta, University of Manitoba, University of Victoria, McGill University, University of British Columbia, Thompson Rivers University, University of Guelph, Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Saskatchewan (each a "Selected School" and collectively, the "Selected Schools"). Entrants must be enrolled in the particular Selected School to be eligible for that Selected School's Institution Specific Prizes. Each entrant must also be a resident of Canada who is not an employee, contractor, agent, or representative of a Selected School or Canadian Campus Retail Associates Inc. ("CCRA") or their affiliates, agencies, prize suppliers, any Contest judges, or any person who is domiciled with any of the foregoing persons. Each ballot is eligible for a maximum of one Institution Specific Prize draw. All ballots are eligible for the Grand Prize draw.

All entrants must have completed the ballot with their name, whether they have reached 18 years of age, address, telephone number, email address and the Institution at which they are enrolled.

To be declared a winner of any prize, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question posed by telephone (using the contact information provided by the entrant at time of entering the Contest). In the event the selected entrant is a minor, the entrant's parent or legal guardian will be deemed to be the entrant who must meet all Contest eligibility requirements (excepting the requirement that the entrant's parent or legal guardian be enrolled at an Institution) and who may accept the prize on behalf of the minor. CCRA will attempt to contact the selected entrant at least three times within the fourteen (14) days after the draw in which the entrant was selected. If the selected entrant, or his/her parent or legal guardian (as applicable), cannot be contacted in that time, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a release of liability as specified below, another entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards CCRA or anyone involved in the Contest.

Except where explicitly contradicted by law, CCRA rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes.

Drawing and Prizes

Computer-generated draws will be made by CCRA, the contest sponsor. There will be one grand prize draw and 105 Institution Specific Prize (as defined below) draws.
